Professional Supervision
We offer professional supervision for school leaders (Heads, Principals, Assistant Principals) that are structured, supportive, and centred on your needs. We begin with an initial consultation to clarify your goals and negotiate a supervision agreement. From there, we recommend two sessions per term (eight sessions per year) to ensure consistent, sustained support. Sessions are available in person or via Zoom, each running for approximately 60 minutes.
The agenda is always set by you, the leader, and recognises that the leader is the expert in their context. Our role is to be a curious companion, to listen deeply, asking purposeful questions, and affirming your growth.
All sessions are confidential, creating a safe space to explore challenges, reflect on practice, and build emotional and professional resilience. It is vital that sessions are prioritised and they are not an add-on, but an investment in your wellbeing and sustainability as a leader.
Coaching & Mentorship
We offer coaching and mentoring tailored to the diverse needs of school leaders across their leadership journey.
Coaching is ideal for leaders seeking to address specific challenges or goals. Using the GROWTH model, we co-design realistic, achievable goals and establish regular sessions to track progress. Coaching is focused, goal-oriented, and suited to those seeking clarity, direction, or strategic growth in a particular area of their practice.
Mentoring is best suited for leaders in the early stages of their career. Over the first 1–2 years, we offer steady support and guidance as new leaders navigate the complexities of the role for the first time. These sessions offer both encouragement and insight to build confidence and capacity.
We also bring experience in initiating coaching programs for both staff and students, these offering schools provide the opportunity to build a coaching culture across all school teams.
